We opened a bottle of Chianti and these were the perfect companion. The salty Parmigiano really brings out the notes in the wine. Very crunchy and not greasy at all.
These have a much better crunch than a standard cracker. They are like little toasted cheese clouds. I paired them with some prosciutto and it was a 10/10.
I hesitate to spend this much on breadsticks, but the Parmigiano Reggiano flavor is legit. Definitely a 'special occasion' snack for my charcuterie boards.

You can actually taste the Parmigiano Reggiano. It isn't that fake powdery cheese flavor you find in most snacks. It’s nutty, salty, and totally addictive.
